HLD-607 thermal conductive silicone adhesive

One-component room-temperature vulcanizing silicone rubber (abbreviated as RTV silicone adhesive):
is one of the primary products of condensation-cure liquid silicone rubber. It is formulated from base polymers, crosslinking catalysts, fillers, and additives.
The product is sealed in an airtight package. During use, it self-vulcanizes into an elastic material upon exposure to air, making it very convenient to use.
RTV silicone adhesive is durable and suitable for use within a temperature range from –60°C to 200°C.
RTV silicone adhesive features electrical insulation properties, chemical stability, and resistance to water, ozone, and weather aging.
It provides strong bonding for a wide variety of metallic and non-metallic materials. Primarily used for electronic and electrical components requiring elasticity, serving as a waterproof, moisture-proof, shock-proof, and thermally insulating coating for products and components. It also acts as a surface protective material for semiconductor products and can be used as a sealing filler.
