UV stands for Ultraviolet Rays. Ultraviolet (UV) rays are invisible to the naked eye. They are a part of electromagnetic radiation beyond visible light, with a wavelength ranging from 10~400 nm.
UV adhesive, also known as shadowless glue, photosensitive glue, or UV-curing adhesive, is a type of adhesive that must be cured by ultraviolet light. Under the action of ultraviolet rays, photoinitiators (photosensitive agents) are converted into a solid state. After absorbing ultraviolet light, the photosensitive agents generate active free radicals or cations, initiating monomer polymerization, cross-linking, and grafting chemical reactions. The adhesive bond can be formed within seconds.

Product Features:

1. Fast curing, controllable reaction, solvent-free, non-polluting, suitable for automation.
2. Wide range of bondable materials, high adhesion strength, capable of structural bonding, wide application.
3. High optical performance, transparent adhesive, light transmittance after curing > 90%.
4. High adhesive durability, non-yellowing.

Working Principle:

UV adhesive solidifies after 1-5s of UV irradiation, and the curing bond is completed within 20-30s. After full curing, it achieves high hardness and can meet the requirements of fully automated assembly lines.
