• Flexible Vacuum Suction Nozzle, Customized to Your Equipment: The vacuum suction nozzle assembly is CNC-machined to fully enclose the screw head profile, creating a strong and airtight seal. Notably, the connecting adapter is measured and designed to precisely fit the profile of any electric screwdriver or pneumatic screwdriver body provided by the customer. This ensures a rigid, seamless connection and maximizes the utilization of existing factory equipment.
• Synchronized & Stable Operation: The combination of a custom screw feeder and a precision vacuum pick-up nozzle creates a closed-loop cycle. The operator simply brings the nozzle to the pick-up point, where vacuum suction immediately grips the screw tightly, shortening positioning time and minimizing redundant movements.
